Description
Plantago lanceolata shares its medicinal effects with its close relative, Plantago major. However, P. lanceolata seems to exert more of its effects internally, while P. major is a good plant for external use.
Common medicinal uses include: promotes healing, fights infection, great for soothing allergies and asthma, soothes and reduces pain and spasms, detoxifies the colon and liver, treats prostate enlargement.
